Winston Price, M.D., FAAPÂ is a board-certified pediatrician and a past president of the National Medical Association He earned his MD from Cornell University Medical College and completed residency at the Weill-Cornell Medical Center-Sloan Kettering Medical Center in NYC.
Dr. Price serves as the President & Chair for the National African American Drug Policy Coalition; Chair of the Southwest Georgia Area Health Education Center (SOWEGA-AHEC); Chief Technology & Information Officer for the W. Montague COBB/NMA Health Institute which is a think tank addressing disparities in healthcare, equity in clinical research participation and fostering pathways for students-> early career scientists; and a member on the Medical Society Consortium on Climate and Health Steering Committee.
He is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Price also practices clinical medicine serving a SW population in Georgia with a focus on preventive care and health equity initiatives.
